Designed by BHA Architects, the merger partner of APCSB, the mixed commercial and hospitality project, completed in 2011, enhanced the capacity and experience of APCSB in the mixed commercial development sector.
Development consultancy encompass the full service for the building and interior architecture for the commercial podium retail spaces and food court and the hotel.
AlWaqf Commercial Center
Tunjong, Kelantan
Al-Waqf Commercial Center was planned to comprise of two, twenty-storey residential and office tower on top of a commercial podium in the new township of Bandar Baru Tunjong in Kota Bharu Kelantan. Work on phase 1 consisting of the residential tower and retail spaces was completed in January 2019.
Proposed TNB HQ, Kuala Terengganu
APC was invited to submit a proposal to envisage the image and development component for the TNB headquarters in Kuala Terengganu. Development consist of a commercial podium with TNB service center, 2000 pax banquet hall, elevated parking, offices and apartment for TNB staff recreations.
